Somos Ana y Cristy, two amigas who met during their “jefas” era, and are now ready to answer that pressing question for women in midlife: “Is there another way of doing this?”
Ana Flores is the proud daughter of Salvadoran immigrants, mamá to a college-bound artist, camila, and the woman who founded one of the largest Latina digital communities in the country and sold it after 14 years of elevating our voices and stories.
“I am now 53, and in my wisdom era. I’m publishing a book and a Substack called Done With the Hustle because I can finally, truly say that I am done. And just getting started.”
Cristy Marrero, a Boricua hasta en la luna is the author of Las Imperfectas (Penguin Random House) and a Substack. She spent decades making room for other Latinas while leading national and global media brands. She now spends her days writing a second book, building a community, and still obsessing with parentheses, including taking breaks in real life.
